Sorry you are having trouble. Make sure it is not in 'Process line by line' or 'limit to lines' mode if you are searching for multiple line phrases. You can import the list into the program using the Import button in the batch processor. (You need to export from excel into a tab separated file first). The stumbling point is that you can't currently get it to switch input/output file mid batch though. (on the to-do list) Can you run all the rows ...

The TXC files need to be saved as Unicode text files (UTF-16 LE) otherwise they won't load. I'm guessing this is your issue!
For reference, load a regular txc file into a decent text editor (e.g. NotePad++) and check the Encoding column.

It's still under occasional development - the current (unreleased) version now supports MIDI output which is fun. I'd like to push it out there for a wider release when I get time
