Update - Images files which had an incorrect file extension were shown with a size of 0x0. This has been fixed for version 5.20

You'd need to map google Photos to a drive letter. I think you used to be able to do that via the google drive app but google have removed access to photos now. It's possible a third party app can still do this if anyone on the forum has any recommendations?

Is it possible for you to send a copy of one of the failing jpg/png images to support please?

Just use the default settings for a basic scan - Regular Mode/Same Content

This is just a limitation of the Trial.

Outside of it's Program Files folder DC just uses the default .NET Framework installation. It installs nothing outside the Program folder. The target .NET Framework version is 4.7.2 - you can try re-installing that specific version. It looks like it's a problem with System.Data, which is in the Glob...

It won't run on any phone - it is for Windows desktop only.

I'm pretty sure that it could never compare between gifs and video files by content/thumbnail - they were always in separate modes, so I can't think of a workaround.
