You could try unchecking the 'Don't scan system files/folders' option. Sometimes add system flag gets added to a folder/file which means it gets skipped in a scan.

The first thing to check is that the new images are being included in the scan - is the total file count correct? Could the new program have imported them into a different folder? Or are they a different format such as RAW?

We hope to improve the accessibility in the next version. Populating the AccessibleName with certainly be a priority.

The last update had a fix to enable the application (menu) context key in the main duplicate list.

Yep, this is how it works in byte mode. It reads from the start of the files and drops out as non-duplicate once the two bits differ.

This function won't remove other duplicates in the 'don't preserve' path, it only targets the duplicates contained in both paths. You can run this first, remove the duplicates, then run the 'All but one in each group' afterwards.
