Re: Targeting batch updates

Hi. This isn't currently possible. The batch jobs will just run on the complete folder or single file targetted.

thanks.

The warning is about deleting from Groups with a group number > 100, rather then 100+ groups selected.

I understand about your need for thorough testing - I've messaged you some information about licensing.

Re: Removal of mp3 duplicates across multiple drives

Re: Conflicts with KeepAliveHD

I've tested for this on XP and Windows 7 and it seems to work fine for me. Could it be an issue just with your machine?

This is a good general guide. Note that Textcrawler uses .NET type regular expressions where specified.

Re: VHD (NTFS) disks

What criteria did you use for the scan? The hardlinking option is only usually available for standard 'exact duplicate' type scans (hashes). This is a safety feature though it's deployment could always be reviewed.

Re: Error adding file to SQL transaction

I've tested with a $ symbol and it seems ok - a dollar is a legitimate system in Windows file paths. Have you got an example of a full path/filename that is causing trouble?

There will be a new release today - let's see if it fixes things. thanks!
