The file type shouldn't really make a difference - DC just treats everything as binary data. Do you have any other options specified (eg Same date, filename, etc)? How many files are affected? What size are the files? I'd be interested in screenshots from scans on both sets, if that's possible. than...

You can do this already - just drag the folder to the paths list, right clck and select 'exclude'.

Does this work instead?
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\My Documents\My Pictures ?

Try clicking the quick column buttons (above the list).
Or, try column header drag-resizing before the path header - the column may be have been resized to be very tiny - the most likely explanation.

That's very odd. Duplicate Cleaner and FPB are built on different platforms, so the fact that neither work may point to something odd with your machine.
