Good idea about the export - I'll put it on the to-do list and we'll take it from there. Maybe adding a new column with the folder group number to the duplicate file export might be enough.

You can't currently rebuild the duplicate folder list after importing a CSV file. This is because the CSV of the duplicate files would contain incomplete information about the folder structure, so there would not be enough information to rebuild the duplicate folder tree. They all look like system files that you may not have the permissions to delete (or they may be read-only). It's best not to run Duplicate Cleaner on system folders, - you should restrict it to files you manage, such as My Documents. That way you know what you are deleting and that it won't do harm ...

It means those files are protected by Duplicate Cleaner - they are either DLL or EXE, or in your Program Files or Windows folders. They must have slightly different data in them (for instance an export date embedded in the file data). Either that, or the program isn't reading all the files for some reason (e.g. You aren't scanning subfolders) A good test (to make sure Duplicate Cleaner is looking in the right place and reading ...

Update: This issue has been identified and fixed, and will be in release 3.2.3.

It only occurs on 'Standard - Similar %' scans, and on machines with certain localizations (e.g. Spanish)
