You are correct - it won't remove any other files apart from the ones marked in the duplicate files list - even if you marked that folder via the duplicate folder tab.

Can you see the files in the mp3 player in Windows Explorer? If you can then the input folder can be dragged over to Duplicate Cleaner's path list for scanning.

The duplicate folders view basically shows you where entire folder structures have been duplicated within your scan. For instance you could have: c:\docs\Project1\ and c:\docs\Project1 - backup which both contain exactly the same files (including subfolders). The duplicate folder view will show thes...

It could possibly be the post-replace preview slowing things down. Does it not freeze up with the preview window turned off?

Yes, 3.5 can actually be installed alongside 4. If you install 3.5 it should run fine

Hmmm - has it got very large (duplicate) files sizes? This could cause excessive memory use. The actually amount of files being scanned is fairly low.

It's probably because the expression literally looks for HH.MM.SS, etc. I didn't realize that they were placeholders for actual values in the file. This may work, if it's not too nonspecific: <tr class="OutOfBlock"><td /><td>.*?</td><td>.*?</td><td>.*?</td><td>.*?</td><td>.*?</td><td></td>...
