It's implemented now, but it will be released in version 4, which is still a few months away!

Re: Selecting all but one file within base directories at on
Just to confirm, do you want to do this:
"Select all but one in each group where duplicates are in the same folder"
I can't think of a way to do that just yet, but it could be added as new selection assistant command in a future update.

Re: Add option "Drop selected folder from list"
Thanks for the suggestion, sounds like it could be useful.
You could do this in two steps (assuming you haven't already been marking files) by marking the currently selected folder (or subfolders) using the right-click context commands, and then by clicking 'Drop marked files'.

Re: Need help with duplicate selection...
That sounds about right - the exact content comparison won't find slightly different pictures, only exact duplicates (with the same metadata, etc). Basically where the file has been copied. It may still group similar photos that aren't exact duplicates, especially if you are scanning a huge amount o...

Re: Duplicatedly Related
Version 4 is looking good but isn't ready yet. Towards the end of the year is a reasonable expectation!

Re: Duplicate Cleaner Selection Glitch
That's strange - I haven't replicated it so far.
Is it checkmarking files when it shouldn't? Or is it bringing up the right-click menu when it shouldn't? I'm not sure from the video.
The double click usually launches an external program.
