I have two folders that contain almost identical music files. But, for some reason, Duplicate Cleaner doesn't find any duplicates. It finds other duplicates on the same drive but not from this folder.

Any ideas on what might be going on? Thanks.

I have two folders of Music that are nearly identical. However, Duplicate Cleaner finds no duplicates when it should find 100's of them.

What are some troubleshoot steps to try to figure why it isn't working?
