I would like to be able to designate one folder and find duplicates of those files elsewhere. Other duplicates that do not have a copy in the designated folder would be ignored.

I'm tagging images. If I have two identical photos with different tags, will that prevent Duplicate Cleaner from tagging them.? If so, Is there a way around that?
