Well, as soon as I posted the question, I was able to fix the problem. In the More Options\Advanced Settings Menu, I selected "Reset all settings and data", shut down and restarted the program, and voila!

I've tried everything I can and cannot get the program to find obvuous duplicate files. I've attached a portion of my music list with the dupes.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
