Free version? Download from where?
I do not see an option to download a free version. Has it been discontinued? Wanting to recommend DC to a friend. Thanks in advance.

Re: 4.05 Pro does not access home network.
Honked up Operating System. Tried to upgrade W7 to W8 and it stalled/locked up. Hit pwr button. Turned pwr back on and W7 appeared to boot just fine. Update Duplicate Cleaner. No network items. Fooled around with other things and found dozens of glitches so I restored W7 from a backup, installed DC,...

Just now upgraded to 4.05 Pro and it does not display any network access. Previous version worked fine. NETWORK has a + sign, but when I expand it does not list anything on my network and the + changes to a -. Refresh folders just goes back to a + sign, then to - when I click on it. My W7-64 display...

Re: folder tree problem
Sorry for my absence. Out of town for the weekend. I had high hopes ... when this drive is attached to the POGOPLUG device back on the router, it creates two 'index' files. When that drive is then connected directly to pc, they can be deleted and recreated when back on the PP device. Was hoping if I...

Re: folder tree problem
> .NET 4.5.1 Do you have other versions of .NET installed too? Possible that (parts of) DC depend on features that 2.0/3.0/3.5 may have, that are not part of 4.5 or work differently? AFAIK... 4.5 includes 4.5 & 4.0. (Note there is also a 4.5.2 that is out. Not sure if its an actual release or s...

Yes, you did, and I have replied to it (email). Thank you. We should probably stick to email rather than both this forum AND email. Thank you again.

Re: folder tree problem
Do you think an uninstall/reinstall of .NET would help??? I looked in Uninstall Programs and .NET 4.5.1 is uninstallable. Thank you for your quick reply.

Re: folder tree problem
No win. Uninstalled DC Pro. Went through all the suggested folders etc. Uninstalled Pogoplug s/w. Rebooted, of course. Installed PP s/w, and DC Pro again ... and got no love.
I submitted a ticket to Support. Maybe they can help. thank you all, once again.

Re: folder tree problem
> quite a task Not really. More a matter of understanding what may be stored where. And once you realize that, simply renaming the two directories in question effectively squelches any knowledge of DC (registration aside). From there, install again, open it up & see if it see's "P". Y...
