Hi
I have bought Duplicate Cleaner to clean up my external hard drive and my mp3, it works on my external hard drive but doesn't find my mp3 even when connected to my PC - any ideas?

Can you see the files in the mp3 player in Windows Explorer? If you can then the input folder can be dragged over to Duplicate Cleaner's path list for scanning.
