You either have marked, or mark particular file(s) in the Duplicate List, having the ability to drag those "file" (names) & drop them into another application could come in handy.
Basically drag&drop, but it doesn't make sense to be able to "drop" anything into the DC Duplicate List, so just drag (out) .
It could work, but would have to be implemented carefully so people don't accidentally drag files onto the desktop etc and get in a mess! Perhaps as an optional feature that has to be turned on.
