Freezes/does nothing when scanning network vol

I've downloaded a trial of the Duplicate Cleanear Pro.

I asked it to scan a network path.
After 8 hours it has not progressed and sits at the scan page.
Details where 11/936178 Files Scanned (15.1TB)
0 Groups of duplicates
0 Files have duplicates (0 Bytes)
Total time taken: 13:32:36

Note: I've tried to upload an image but get error, so hopefully this works.

I am using another product to scan for duplicates and it has worked ok in same scenario. Is there any sort of size limit for this product or other issue causing the freeze?

Similar content mode can be very slow - it's probably not frozen. This is something we are working on improving for the next update.

Have you tried looking for Same Content first? You'll get a quicker result, and then the search can be narrowed once the same content files are dealt with.
