It should show the duplicate folder list automatically. Is the refresh button on this tab greyed out?
Are any other buttons greyed out, such as 'File Removal'?
I'm working on the theory that it has hit an error at the end of the scan and not completed properly.

Re: Duplicate Cleaner 3.0
Thanks for the warning Leea - I'll get in touch with Symantec. And glad you are liking the new DC!
FYI, I've just uploaded another update (3.0.3) with an important bugfix relating to Audio tag comparison.

Re: File Removal greyed out
Is the 'Scan Complete' window appearing ok? The buttons should activate when you click 'Close' on this (and you have >0 duplicate in the list).
Possible workaround: can you export the files to csv, close, then reload?

Re: confusing message - DC prevents selecting/deleting origi
This message means you have selected all the files in a particular group (ie all copies of a file). If you get this you should go back and check using the 'Groups with all files marked' tool. The 'mark all duplicates in this folder' tool will mark everything found in that folder. If you have an enti...

Re: Fingerprints
The original files will not be touched. The fingerprint cache is saved to a separate file in your local settings folder. This is v3 only, and only for the 'similar images' scans.
