Ok thanks for that. I was 2/3 in the middle of submitting a bug report as I'd done some testing and identified some files I knew to be identical and then noticed they were +S +H attributes, totally threw me for a loop and indeed was the source of the issues I was having.

Can someone please explain this precise option in the program to me? I know it won't scan +S (system) files if this is ticked, but what about folders?
